The journey I had been on to this point was about walking again, during that time I hadn't stepped outside of myself. All my focus was on internal feelings and emotions, trying to understand how everything worked, trying to control my emotions and use my mind to achieve what I needed to achieve. I felt indestructible that I could do anything.

I couldn't walk a few months before and I was walking! I didn't have any doubt about anything in my life. I had a second chance and this time it was going to have a purpose so I went into making the films without doubt, without hesitation and most importantly without fear.

I guess some people would call that insanity but it was the complete opposite without fear and doubt you can achieve anything. We can all do anything if we put our minds to it as long as we do it to the best of our ability and are prepared to put in the work we can do it. I just had to learn it all now.

I was desperate to learn i wanted to know it all but most of all I wanted to make truthful, honest, passionate films that touched people in some way so i set about learning every aspect of filmaking from acting, writing, directing, producing this was the start of the most incredible journey a journey that i am still on today and still discovering and still learning. The great thing about it is that with film it evolves, it changes you can take it anywhere you want to if you have a great story at the core with truth, real emotion and honesty. This was the perfect medium for me as I had been on a journey of self discovery into all these aspects of myself, truth, emotion and honesty.
